This is one trail that gives the pleasure of trek & trail. One day you climb up to an alpine lake with the world’s highest Gurudwara, Shri Hemkunt Sahib, next two days you spend time exploring the expanse of the valley of flowers.
You get to spend a day at Auli to explore Gordon Bugyal. On a clear day, you can get a clear view of revered Mt. Nanda Devi, Mt.Dronagiri, Mt Chaukanba, Hathi Parvat, Ghoda Parvat, and many more.
It's an excellent opportunity to break away from your inactive, lockdown life safely.
Day 1 - Arrive at Govind Ghat
Day 2 - Trek to Ghangaria following gushing Bhyunder on the trail. Rest at homestay/ Hotel overnight.
Day 3 - Trek to Shri Hemkund Sahib, highest Gurudwara in the World & Alpine lake. Return to Ghangaria to stay overnight.
Day 4 - Trek to Valley of Flowers - UNESCO World Heritage Site
Day 5 - Trek to Valley of Flowers to explore more routes.
Day 6 - Trek back from Ghangaria to Govindghat, drive to Joshimath to stay overnight.
Day 7 - Travel to Auli, trek to Gorsan Bugyal with stunning views. Stay overnight at Auli.
Day 8 - Travel to home destination
