Mahatma Gandhi was an Indian lawyer, politician, social activist, and writer who became the leader of the nationalist movement against British rule in India. As such, he came to be popularly known as the father of his country, India. Born in the small town of Porbandar, Gujrat, Mahatma Gandhi is internationally esteemed for his doctrine of nonviolent protest (satyagraha) to achieve political and social progress. Even today, the figure of Mahatma Gandhi is immensely popular amongst the Indians and plays an important role in the politics of India giving rise to the Gandhian views.

During this tour, we will take you to the Gandhi Memorial or famously called Birla house where he lived the last 144 days of his life. Next up, make a visit to the Hindu temple located in the center of Delhi inaugurated in 1933 by Mahatma Gandhi himself, and visit Gyarah murti, a statue devoted to a famous movement led by Gandhi.
